Covid 19

The well being of our guests is of paramount importance. Rest assured we are up to date with Government and Industry guidance, and we want to reassure you that we have put in place strict cleaning protocols which exceed those stipulated in Government guidelines. The house is located in a peaceful isolated spot so you may not see anyone during your stay should you choose not to!

If you or any members of your household develop symptoms of Coronavirus do not travel but self isolate and follow Government guidelines. Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover this instance. If you develop symptoms whilst staying at Duart Cottage we ask you to return home immediately and self isolate in your own home. Please inform us immediately and we will contact NHS Scotland for advice on appropriate action to take next. Regrettably we cannot accept responsibility for any matters which are Covid-19 related and which arise whilst you are staying at the Duart Cottage. Additional costs will be incurred if an extended stay is required due to illness.

If we are prevented from operating as a holiday letting business by Government restrictions, you will receive a full refund.
